FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to support our operations team! The
ideal candidate will be someone who knows their way around an office, is computer savvy, and is an
excellent communicator.

Hendra Moving is a local family owned moving company that has been providing Vancouver Island with
high quality moving services for over 30 years. We strive to make moving a seamless and stress-free
experience for our valued customers. To achieve this, we put a strong focus on our customer service.

maintain and grow Hendra’s reputation for excellent customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General administrative support
· Scanning, filing, and copying
· Managing the company email account
· Booking moves and estimate appointments
· Preparing formal move quotes to be sent to prospective customers
· Responding to general customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
· Provide customers with accurate information about the moving process
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school education or higher
· Strong computer and keyboard skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
· Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
· Positive and professional attitude
· Ability to multi-task
· Past administrative or customer service experience is preferred
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
· This is a full time, permanent position.
· Hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM.
· Compensation is based on experience level.
